We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure a smooth design and production timeline for your wedding stationery. If your order is needed within 4 weeks, a late fee will apply due to the priority turnaround.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will reach out within 7 days to gather all the details for your custom wedding invitations and stationery. A personalised digital proof will be prepared within 1–2 weeks for you to review.
Each order includes two complimentary rounds of revisions, so you can be confident that every detail is exactly as you envisioned.
After your design is approved, production takes around 2-4 weeks. For premium finishes such as foil stamping, letterpress printing, or luxury paper upgrades, please allow an additional week for completion.
Once your stationery is finalised, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your door.
