Welcome to She Is Everli. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from She Is Everli. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

She Is Everli is a Sydney, Australia based stationery studio offering wedding stationery, event signage, personalised event details, digital templates and related products for customers in Australia and worldwide.

2. Products

We offer both physical and digital products through our website, including but not limited to:

  • wedding invitations
  • save the dates
  • menus
  • place cards
  • seating charts
  • welcome signage
  • personalised ribbons
  • event stationery
  • digital editable templates

Product descriptions, imagery and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible, however minor variations may occur.

3. Personalised & Made-To-Order Products

Many of our products are personalised, customised or made to order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • all information submitted is accurate
  • spelling, dates, names and event details are your responsibility
  • personalised products are created based on the information you provide

Once artwork has been approved or production has commenced, changes may not be possible.

4. Proof Approval

Where digital proofs are included:

  • customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval
  • approval confirms all spelling, dates, names, layout and details are correct
  • She Is Everli is not responsible for errors approved by the customer

Any delays in proof approval may impact production timelines.

5. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at checkout for all website purchases to secure production.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Rush Orders

Orders required within shorter production timeframes may be considered rush orders.

Customers must contact She Is Everli before placing a rush order to confirm availability.

If an order is placed without prior confirmation and we are unable to fulfil the requested timeframe, the order will be refunded.

Rush fees may apply where applicable.

7. Production Timeframes

Estimated production timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on:

  • order volume
  • proof approval timing
  • product complexity
  • material availability
  • seasonal demand

Production timeframes begin only after:

  • payment has been received
  • all required information has been supplied
  • proof approval has been provided (where applicable)

8. Colour & Material Variations

Colours may vary between screens, printers, paper stocks and production methods.

As many of our products are handmade or produced using specialist materials, slight variations in texture, finish, placement or colour may occur and are not considered faults.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia and internationally.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are outside of our control once an order has been handed to Australia Post or the selected courier.

She Is Everli is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • postal network delays
  • customs processing
  • weather events
  • strikes
  • carrier disruptions
  • incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

USA Orders

Orders shipped to the United States are sent via Australia Post Express International and require signature on delivery.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring parcel collection where required.

Failure to monitor delivery or collect parcels may result in return shipping or re-delivery charges.

Customs duties, taxes or import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

10. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

However, once an order has been dispatched, She Is Everli is not liable for delays, shipping disruptions or courier handling issues.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Replacement or resolution requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

11. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and may be provided through Corjl or other approved digital platforms.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

  • products are for personal use only
  • digital files/templates may not be resold, redistributed, shared or used commercially
  • no physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated
  • customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchase

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once access has been provided, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect details supplied by the customer
  • customer-approved proof errors
  • delays caused by third-party shipping providers

If a non-personalised order has not entered production, cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where products are faulty, significantly not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, artwork, templates, product imagery, branding and creative materials remain the intellectual property of She Is Everli.

You may not:

  • reproduce
  • copy
  • resell
  • distribute
  • modify
  • commercially exploit

any She Is Everli content without prior written permission.

Digital templates are licensed for personal use only.

15. Inspiration Images & Design References

We welcome inspiration imagery to help guide creative direction.

However, She Is Everli does not directly replicate or copy another designer’s work.

Final designs remain at the discretion of She Is Everli.

16. Force Majeure

She Is Everli will not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • supplier delays
  • courier disruptions
  • customs delays
  • weather events
  • strikes
  • power outages
  • website outages
  • software/platform failures
  • natural disasters

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, She Is Everli’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including event disruption, missed deadlines caused by third parties, or customer scheduling decisions.

18. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
