As many of our pieces are personalised and created with care, shipping time includes both production and delivery. We always recommend ordering early for weddings and special events.

She Is Everli proudly ships Australia-wide and internationally from Sydney, Australia.

Each order is carefully prepared with attention to detail, and many of our products are made to order or personalised, meaning production time may apply before dispatch.

Processing & Production Time

As many of our products are personalised or made to order, processing times vary depending on the item.

Estimated production time may vary based on:

  • order volume
  • customisation requirements
  • proof approval timing
  • material availability
  • seasonal demand

Production begins only once:

  • full payment has been received
  • all required information has been supplied
  • artwork approval has been provided (where applicable)

If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.


Australia Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post unless otherwise stated.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.


United States Shipping

Orders shipping to the United States are sent via Australia Post Express International.

Please note:

  • signature is required on delivery
  • parcels will not be left unattended
  • customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates
  • collection from your local USPS location may be required

Failure to monitor tracking or collect your parcel may result in delays, return shipping fees or re-delivery charges.

Any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, customs processing and local postal networks.

Please note:

  • customs delays are outside of our control
  • duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country
  • customers are responsible for any applicable import charges

Tracking is provided where available.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to Australia Post or the selected courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

While we are happy to assist with lodging enquiries where possible, She Is Everli is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays
  • customs processing delays
  • missed delivery attempts
  • parcels not collected from postal locations
  • courier disruptions

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

She Is Everli is not responsible for delays, delivery issues or replacement costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Digital Products

Digital template purchases are delivered electronically.

No physical item will be shipped for digital products unless clearly stated on the product listing.
